How to protect your account and report a security concern to Timealo.

Last updated:

Protecting information

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect account information and user content. These include protected connections, restricted access and controls intended to prevent unauthorised use. We review reported issues and work with our service providers when needed.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We do not claim that your content is protected by end-to-end encryption. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is processed and shared with service providers.

Keeping your account safe

  • Use a strong, unique password and keep access to your email account secure.
  • Keep your devices and app up to date, and sign out on devices you share.
  • Treat export download links and account confirmation links as private.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, reset your password and contact support@timealo.com.

Reporting a security issue

Email support@timealo.com with the subject "Security report". Include a description, the affected feature, your app version or browser, and safe steps to reproduce the issue using your own account.

Remove personal data, passwords, session tokens and other secrets from screenshots and attachments. If sensitive evidence is necessary, ask us to arrange an appropriate way to share it before sending it.

Please report suspected issues privately and allow us time to investigate. This policy does not authorise testing other people's accounts, accessing their data, disrupting the service or conducting automated security tests. Contact us before testing beyond your own ordinary use.

Security incidents

We assess reported incidents, take steps to contain confirmed issues and notify affected people or authorities when applicable law requires it. We may contact you with account protection instructions.
