What is Timealo?
Timealo is a time tracker that shows where your life really goes. Start an activity with one tap, set intentions for how you want to spend your time, and run a Life Audit to see the gap between the two.
How is Timealo different from other time trackers?
Most trackers are built for billing clients. Timealo is built for your own life: it focuses on intentions, limits and honest reflection instead of invoices and timesheets, so every logged session has a direction.
What is included in the Free plan and in Pro?
Free covers everyday tracking with a limited number of tags. Pro is planned to unlock unlimited tags, custom date ranges and more detailed comparisons. Final pricing will be announced before launch.
Who owns my data, and is it private?
You do. Your activities, tags, intentions and time logs belong to you, and we never sell your data. You can export everything, including your profile, activities, tags, intentions, time logs and audit rules, at any time.
Does Timealo work offline?
An internet connection is currently required to save and sync activities. Reliable offline recording is not available yet.
Which platforms is Timealo available on?
Timealo is being built for iOS and Android, with a web experience alongside it. Join the waitlist and we will tell you as soon as your platform is ready.
Which languages are supported?
Timealo supports English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German. It follows your device language, and you can change it in settings.
What if I forget to stop a timer?
It happens to everyone. You can edit the start and end time of any session afterwards, so your history stays accurate without stress.
What are intentions and limits?
Intentions define what you want to achieve or limit, such as daily deep work or a weekly cap on social media. Timealo shows your progress against those targets as you log time.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Pro subscriptions are not on sale yet. Billing and cancellation details will be published before paid plans launch.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the settings in the app. Your data is removed from our servers. If you want a copy first, export it before deleting.
When does Timealo launch, and what does the waitlist do?
A launch date has not been announced yet. Joining the waitlist saves your email and sends a confirmation. We will email you with launch and early access updates.
What is the Life Audit?
The Life Audit analyzes your logged time against your intentions and shows where hours leak, which habits stick and how your weeks compare over time.
