These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Timealo mobile and web applications and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Timealo ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account.
• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@timealo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person per account. Do not share or transfer your account.

Timealo lets you track activities and time logs, set intentions, organise tags and run a Life Audit on your time. Features may differ between the free plan and paid plans, and between platforms.

We may add, change or remove features. The Service is provided as-is while in active development; we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that remove paid functionality.

You keep all rights to the data you enter into the Service, including activities, tags, intentions, time logs and audit rules ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to submit it. You can export your data from within the app at any time.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others while using the Service;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• interfere with or overload the Service, including through automated scraping or bulk requests beyond normal personal use;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, except where the law allows it;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our agreement;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, harassing or harmful.

The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and the Timealo name, is owned by Timealo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the apps for your own lawful purposes. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance or suspend access for security reasons.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example cloud hosting and app stores). We are not responsible for their services, and their own terms apply to you where relevant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Timealo is a personal productivity tool. Insights from the Life Audit and other features are informational and are not professional, medical, financial or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or 50 euros.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
• On termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of [VENUE] have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws there.
